EB Ballot:  #18-23 – Waive the 21-day notification Period for the Fox Valley Police & Schutzhund Club Trial scheduled for Sept 9-10, 2023.

Motion by Trisha Wicklund, North Central Regional Director, and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary, to waive the 21-day notification Period for Fox Valley Police & Schutzhund Club Trial scheduled for Sept 9-10, 2023

Background: The EAF was approved and published on the USCA website for the Fox Valley Police and Schutzhund Club trial on January 15, 2023.  The club secretary didn’t realize when she sent the announcement to the region she had a technical glitch. When she realized the email did not go out to the region, she immediately rectified the problem. However, the region received the emails 20 days prior to the event, not the required 21 days.  Since the event has been published on the USCA website, the club is asking for a waiver.
