EB Ballot:  #11-23 Waive The 21-Day notification Period For Indian Creek Schutzhund Club, Helper Seminar & Classification

Motion by Trisha Wicklund, North Central Regional Director, and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary, to waive the 21-day notification period for Indian Creek Schutzhund Club for a helper seminar & classification scheduled for May 21, 2023.

Background:  Helpers in the region were planning to travel out of the region to another helper seminar and classification; however, that is not possible now.  The helpers in the region need to attend a seminar ASAP to remain current for upcoming trials.  Teaching Helper Bill Kulla has offered to help the region out; however, the only available date before trials is May 21.  The club has already notified the region of the event, pending EB approval.  The event is posted on the USCA website.  The club is asking to waive the 21-day notification so regional helpers can receive the certifications needed for the upcoming trials.
