Waive The 21-Day Pre-notification Period For Tornado Alley Hundesport

Motion by Michele Clubb, Secretary, and seconded by Vadim Plotsker, Vice President, to waive the 21-day pre-notification period for Tornado Alley Hundesport trial scheduled for April 8th to April 9th, 2017.

Background:  On December 29th, 2016 Mid- Central RD Mark Chaffin issued a trial authorization to Yelena Schepkin and Tornado Alley Hundesport for their trial.  The event has been posted on the USCA website since December 29th, 2016, with the clubs website and trial entry form listed. The trial has also been listed on the Mid-Central Region website.

The club was recently informed they needed to secure a new judge for the MC Regional Championship since their prior judge was placed on inactive status.  The distraction of trying to secure a new judge for the same weekend already selected caused the club to overlook the 21 day pre-notification to the region.
