USCA will comply with the SV-WUSV requirement for one National Sieger Show

Motion: by Sean O’Kane- Treasurer, seconded by Frank Phillips- Vice President –
USCA will comply with the SV-WUSV requirement for one National Sieger Show per country per year.  With this requirement it is understood that we will alternate years hosting the Sieger Show with the GSDCA.   USCA will host it in odd numbered years and GSDCA will host it in even numbered years.  This requirement will start in 2017 with USCA hosting the Sieger Show.
