USCA Judges Committee recommendation regarding USCA Judge Johannes Grewe

Motion: To Approve the USCA Judges Committee Recommendation against USCA Judge Johannes Grewe for committing a “D” Level Offense in the Judges Program. Recommended consequence of 6 months License Suspension followed by 12 months Probationary License.

Background information: USCA President Jim Alloway filed charges on behalf of the organization based on two formal complaints from members with the Judges Committee against USCA Judge Johannes Grewe for unsportsmanlike conduct and aggressive behavior to another USCA member at a USCA Trial.The Judges Committee reviewed and discussed the evidence, and after full consideration, decided the complaint. The charges were sustained. The consequence was 6 months License Suspension followed by 12 months Probationary License for conduct outside of the accepted “Code of Conduct” established by the USCA Judges Program.
