EB Motion #17-22 – To waive the 21-day notification period for Indian Creek’s Helper Seminar/classification, to be held on August 14, 2022
Motion by Trisha Wicklund, North Central Regional Director, and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary, to waive the 21-day notification period for Indian Creek’s Helper Seminar/classification, to be on held August 14, 2022.
Background: Indian Creek had submitted an EAF that was approved July 18 & published July 21.
There was some confusion regarding Bill Kulla’s eligibility to be the teacher helper. Jen Acevedo had been in contact with Sean Murphy, trying to get everything straightened out. She just heard back from Sean Murphy & got the ok to proceed. This of course puts them under the 21-day notification period for the emails to the clubs, again this event has been on the USCA website since July 21st. An announcement was sent to the clubs in the region on August 3rd after the Helper Committee confirmed Bill Kulla’s eligibility.
