Motion by Jim Alloway, Treasurer and seconded by Michele Clubb, Secretary, to remove the $100 non-member fee exemption for clubs that are members of AWDC. E-Ballot #05-18 provides the exemption, however the AWDC is no longer in existence. This ballot supersedes E-Ballot #05-18
