EB Ballot # 28-17 Re-naming USCA ‘off year show/Sieger Show to USCA National Conformation Show Championship

Motion submitted by Michele Scarberry NBW, on behalf of the BAC, seconded by Michele Clubb, Secretary, to re-name USCA ‘off year show’ (the year USCA does not host the Sieger Show) to USCA National Conformation Show Championship

Background: This proposal gives our members a championship for competition, and provides USCA a means to award USCA Universal Sieger/Siegerin without using the name Sieger Show for the event (reference; EB Ballot 13-16 USCA will comply with the SV-WUSV requirement for one National Sieger Show)  By re-naming the ‘off year’ show, USCA will still provide our membership a means to compete against each other in a National competition, and provides a means for USCA to select Team members for the WUSV Universal Sieger competition.  USCA will maintain our current rules for Performance. The event will continue to be managed/run the same as a Sieger Show
