Award USCA Judge Robert Johantgen Permanent License
EB #33-15
Motion: by Nathaniel Roque, Director of Judges, seconded by Sean O’Kane, Treasurer, to Approve a Permanent USCA Performance / Trial License for Probationary for Judge Robert Johantgen.
Background, The USCA Judges Program requires the General Board or Executive Board to pass the motion to grant / award a USCA Judges Permanent License. Since there will not be a voting GBM this year, this probationary judge has exceeded his requirements and should not have to wait another year.
The USCA Judges Committee recommends the approval of a Permanent Performance / Trial License for Robert Johantgen. He has met and exceeded all of the requirements as a probationary judge. Robert has attended the Judge College and been an active member of our Judges College Conference Calls and Reviews / Continuing Education Program. He has far exceeded the required number of trials to complete his probation. By all accounts and followup evaluation by the DOJ he has shown himself to be an excellent representative of USCA and a fair and correct judge with excellent communication skills and knowledge.
