Approve Funding for Regional Conformation Show Expenses

Motion:  by Sean O’Kane, Treasurer, seconded by Don Yelle RD to approve funding for reimbursement of Regional Conformation Show expenses, up to the amount of $1,000.00 per Region.

Background: To promote and encourage regions within USCA to host Regional Conformations Shows by helping fund them.  Many regions struggle to get enough entries to put on these events while others have large entries.  We believe by investing in the regional conformation shows and making them the best they can be they will thrive throughout the United States and not just in certain regions.

Regional Conformation Show reimbursement  must meet the following requirements:

•The conformation show must be approved and sanctioned by the USCA Region hosting the event.

•Region(s) host must submit for Reimbursement no later than April 20, 2015.

•Reimbursement amount is limited to $1000 per Region

•USCA has the final determination on reimbursement(s)
