Approval of travel expense for the 2017 WUSV Universal Sieger Team Captain to Austria

Motion submitted by Mike Diehl, DAL, seconded by Michele Scarberry, NBW, to approve $4,000 travel expense(s) for the Team Captain to attend the WUSV Universal Sieger in Austria. 

Background:  In 2016 we allocated money for the Team Captain, and have supported this Team in years past. We did not originally budget for this event, so the need for an e-ballot exists.

The member is in good standing and meets the requirements to attend the event in Austria.  With the event just weeks away, we are asking for help to offset travel expenses so these members can represent the United States.
