Motion submitted by Michele Scarberry, NBW, seconded by Mike Diehl, DAL, to approve $4000.00 travel expense(s) for the USCA representative to attend the WUSV Universal Sieger Team to Austria

Background: We have supported this Team in years past.  We have only 1 USCA member who is in good standing, that meets the requirements to attend the event in Austria. (GSDCA has 1 representative) With the event just weeks away, we are asking for help to offset travel expenses for this member.
