Motion by Carissa Kuehn, Northwestern Regional Director, and seconded by Michele Clubb, USCA Secretary, to accept the score earned by Christopher Campbell and Sirkus vom Donau Ries at the AWDF Championship for the 270-point entry requirement for the USCA GSD IPO3 National Championship.

Background: Christopher Campbell and Sirkus vom Donau Ries competed at the 2018 AWDF Championship in Galt, CA, through USCA. He and Sirk earned a 271 at the IPO3 level at this national championship, which also earned them the spot of 2nd alternate for the FCI World team. Chris and Sirk are in Italy for the FCI World Championship in September, and missed the Northwestern Regional Championship during this time. The Regionals requirement is met through Chris and Sirkus showing at the 2018 AWDF and being selected for the FCI World Team; however, the requirement for a 270 score at the USCA-sanctioned event has not been met. Chris has requested that the EB accept the 271-score earned at the AWDF for the 270-point requirement for Nationals. Chris’ only options to earn an additional 270 score at a USCA-sanctioned trial require traveling outside the Northwestern Region to Oregon, Washington, or Southern California upon returning from FCI Worlds after September 20th, as there are no other trials currently listed in the NW region between September 20th and Nationals.
