Accept the BOI recommendation on charges filed against Regional Director Mark Scarberry by Staci Murphy

Motion by Michele Clubb, Secretary, and seconded by Nathaniel Roque, DOJ, to accept the BOI recommendation on charges filed against Regional Director Mark Scarberry by Staci Murphy.
Background: On May 12, 2020 USCA member Staci Murphy filed BOI charges against RD Mark Scarberry regarding how the 2019 Mid-East Region Officer voting was conducted.
On August 24, 2020, the BOI submitted their recommendation that the Mid East Region should have a re-vote for Regional Breed Warden. The BOI stated there was no ill will or malicious intent by Mark Scarberry.
On September 10, 2020 Staci Murphy filed an appeal with the Director’s at Large.
On September 28, 2020, the Director’s at Large submitted their response regarding the appeal. The DAL’s unanimously denied the appeal by Staci Murphy. The DAL’s further stated that the vote was done incorrectly as it allowed Regional Officers to vote which is violation of Article VI Section 6e. The DAL’s also stated the Regional Officers should be reminded of Article VI Section 6e regarding who can participate in an election.
