Motion by Michele Clubb, Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Inquiry Committee, and by Nathaniel Roque, DOJ, to approve the Board of Inquiry’s recommendation against USCA member Anjuli Kolarik on animal abuse and cruelty charges and misconduct that was detrimental to the interests of USCA, the sport and USCA members.
Background: Charges were filed by USCA Secretary Michele Clubb against USCA member Anjuli Kolarik after being advised she had been convicted of animal abuse and other animal cruelty charges and this misconduct was detrimental to the interests of USCA, the sport and USCA members. The BOI conducted an investigation and came to attached recommendation.
