2016 Reimbursement for Regional Conformation Shows

Motion by:  Michele Scarberry – NBW,  seconded by Sean O’Kane- Treasurer, to approve USCA funding reimbursement for 2016 Fiscal year:
Regional Conformation Show expenses up to $1,000.00 per region.

 Background:   USCA wants to further promote and encourage Regional Conformations Shows.  Many regions struggle to get enough entries to put on these events and would like to continue, as in past years, investing in the regional conformation shows to make them better and better each year.

Regional Conformation Show reimbursements must meet the following requirements:

• The conformation show must be approved and sanctioned by the USCA Region hosting the event.
• Regional Conformation Show hosts must submit receipts for reimbursement to their Regional Director.   The Regional Director will then be responsible for submitting proof of expenses to the USCA Treasurer in accordance with USCA reimbursement policies.
• Reimbursement amounts are limited to $1000.00 per Region.
• USCA has the final determination on reimbursements.

 VOTE RESULT:  Unanimous  20 YES
