2016 Funding Reimbursement for Regional Championships

Motion by:  Sean O’Kane,Treasurer, seconded by Gail Kendall to approve USCA funding reimbursement for 2016 Fiscal year.

Regional Championships Expenses up to $1,000.00 per region.

Background:  To promote and encourage clubs within USCA to host Regional IPO Championships by helping fund them.  We believe by investing in the Regional IPO Championships and making them the best they can be, they will thrive throughout the United States.

Regional Championship reimbursements must meet the following requirements:

• The Regional Championship must be approved and sanctioned by the USCA Region hosting the event.
• Regional Championship hosts must submit receipts for reimbursement to their Regional Director. The Regional Director will then be responsible for submitting proof of expenses to the USCA Treasurer in accordance with USCA reimbursement policies.
• Reimbursement amounts are limited to $1000.00 per Region.
• USCA has the final determination on reimbursements.
